Vall d’Hebron, Barcelona
The Vall d'Hebron’s Health city, located in Barcelona, is a large hospital complex built between the 60’s and 70’s.

The intervention consisted in reforming the Traumatology Hospital and distributing it in two floors: the spinal cord injury floor and the hospitalization floor respectively.

In both floors the guidelines for the future redevelopment were established, setting new standards for composition, image and materials for the treatment of the facades. Also, a new scheme for the facility with all the technological benefits of a cutting-edge hospital was laid out.
